Visiting the website

When you open the website, our hosting and image delivery providers automatically process technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser. This is necessary to provide the website securely; the data is deleted after a short time. For anonymous visitor statistics and to detect technical errors, we evaluate page views without cookies and without storing your IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies

We don't use cookies for analytics or advertising. When you change the language, a cookie stores your choice for one year (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

Contacting us

When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process your name, your email address and your message in order to answer your enquiry. To prevent spam, the form is checked automatically on sending to confirm it comes from a human. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f). We delete your data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless we are required to keep it.

Providers in the USA

Some of our providers are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) or on EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to gela_samsonidse@yahoo.de. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
